The recipes of traditional Italian cuisine and the constant expansion of ethnic specialties have created the basis for this product sector which IPAM is able to offer in a wide range of specialised products adaptable to any type of base (meat, fish, vegetables, etc.) and adjustable to the desired amount of flouring: light, as with Japanese Tempura, or, thick, crunchy, multi-layered batter.

On request also gluten free.


For certain volumes it’s possible to create a customised product according to the customer’s needs and requests.
