History & tradition

From a long family tradition, consolidated through three centuries in the milling industry, the IPAM Group was founded in 1981 in Zibello, Parma. The idea for the business was conceived through the Manenti family’s will to differentiate the use of flour produced by their own mill; this gave way to the breadcrumbs business, with a high-end quality positioning.

Production began with a line mostly dedicated to fresh pasta fillings, but shortly after, it spread out to the world of breadings in all its possible uses. The wide range, the high-quality raw materials, the attention paid to client service and the realisation of high-performance personalised products have been the bedrock of the group’s success and growth, which, through the years, has expanded its own portfolio of products with the integration of technological and functional ingredients.

Innovation

The continued and constant research for innovative products along with the desire to serve other sales channels have brought, in 2016 and 2017, on the realisation of an entire production and packaging area dedicated to gluten-free products and the launching of a new product line oriented to Ho.re.ca and Retail/GDO, with private label or ''Zibon'' brand.
