IPAM and AromataGroup will be exhibiting at TuttoFood in Milano

Italy-based AromataGroup and Ipam, both part of the Nactarome group, will be present as exhibitors at TuttoFood 2023, the Milan kermesse dedicated to the food world that will take place at Rho Fiera from 8th to 11th May. The event is expected to return to pre-pandemic numbers, with over 1,000 brands and exhibitors from 35 countries, and will be an important opportunity to position the group’s companies at the forefront of future trends, ready to work in concert with their customers to offer answers and solutions to the tastes and consumption habits of tomorrow.

IPAM will bring to TuttoFood their many decades of experience in breadcrumbs for breading and fillings, as well as their new innovative product ranges, one dedicated to the foodservice channel and the complete gluten-free portfolio, guaranteed by a completely separate and controlled supply chain.

AromataGroup will showcase their range of natural titanium dioxide replacers under the brand name FiorioColori, created in response to the EFSA opinion that declared E171 unsafe for human consumption and banned its use in food and beverages across the EU. The solutions offered by AromataGroup ensure stability to thermal and process stress, and a performance comparable to that of titanium dioxide in terms of whitening and opacifying effect.

Under the FiorioColori brand is also the second AromataGroup by Nactarome proposal, i.e. the range dedicated to red shades for processed meat applications and plant-based meat alternatives, with references also suitable as carmine substitutes.

As for the taste solutions, AromataGroup will showcase their extraordinary expertise in the world of vanilla, acquired thanks to the integration of FIAS expertise, with prestigious certifications not only for quality, but also for- sustainability and positive impact on the farming communities of origin.

Finally, the growing demand and interest in the No-Lo sector, i.e. adult beverages without alcohol – or with reduced alcohol content – inspired the creation of a range of ‘alcoholic notes’ in various declinations, to offer consumers the same taste experience, but without the consequences of alcohol consumption.

AromataGroup and IPAM look forward to seeing you in Hall 7P, stand T31, from Monday 8 to Thursday 11 May.
