On September 29th IPAM took part in the first edition of the Pastaria Festival, an event dedicated to the pasta sector in all its forms.

The 14 rooms made available by the Hotel Parma e Congressi located in Parma have hosted, at the same time, exhibitors stands, conventions, workshops, lectures and presentations dedicated to product and technology innovations.

With its own stand, IPAM presented to the 300 visitors one of its flagship products, the breadcrumbs for stuffing in the STANDARD, BIO and GLUTEN-FREE versions, and a new range of pasta preparations with a HIGH DIGESTIBILITY healthy connotation.
