IPAM Group was established in 1982 by the Manenti family, who has a centuries-old tradition in grain trade and milling.

During the early years of activity, the production was mainly focused on breadcrumbs, which saw an immediate and great success in the Italian market. This was achieved thanks to broad assortment, high quality and performance of the product, but also thanks to the satisfactory service offered to the clients. All these features proved to be distinctive if compared to domestic and foreign competition.

Over the years, the range of products has been broadened introducing new professional resources and making significant investments in research and technological development. This allowed IPAM Group to acquire new Italian and international clients.

Today, the company is located in Zibello (Parma) and it is divided into two companies specialized by activities. Its workplace covers an area of about 10,000 sq.m., it is highly automated with all the most innovative technology in the field and employs around 30 people.

The production capacity of the different types of breadcrumbs is over 30,000 tons per year and the one of the ingredients is over 10,000 tons per year.
